1) Artwork Preparation & Design Help

Q:In what format are recommended for artwork?

A:AI, CDR vector files are strongly recommended, HD files like PSD,PDF,JPG,BMP,GIF,TIFF are acceptable. No matter what format, please make sure that your design is clear enough for our printing.

Depending on the resolution and pixels, PSD,JPG,TIFF files get blurry when enlarged. Thumbnail JPG or GIF cannot be used for large printing. If submitting these files, please follow these guidelines:

100% scale(full size output)at 100dpi

50% scale at 200dpi or higher

25% scale at 300dpi or higher

10% scale at 600-1200dpi

Vector: line art is scalable to any size, it never loses resolution and the image stays clean and crisp. Vector files can be submitted to any size.

In addition, if you are strict with color, you’d better provide color in CMYK or PANTONE.

Q:Do I need to pay for the design?

A:No,design is free here! If you have designed artwork ,please send it to cathy@guide-flags.com , our professional designer will recheck the artwork with you. If you don’t have designed artwork, you can send the sketched images to cathy@guide-flags.com , our designer will help you do the design and recheck with you to your satisfaction.

Q:Can I change my artwork once it has been approved and is in the production?

A：Sorry, you can’t. Once your artwork has been approved, it will go straight to production and no changes can be made.

2)Product quality, materials & options

Q:What’s your quality guarantee?

A:We are a professional enterprise with a complete manufacture chain. All production processes are completed in the company, from design, printing, cleaning, sewing to packaging and logistics. Our humanized management system and strict quality inspection system ensure the first-class quality of our products.

We supply one year quality warranty for the hardware.

Q:What materials do you use?

A:We use high-quality materials, such as knitted polyester tribute satin and Oxford. We will discuss with you which material matches your need and budget, ending with excellent display.

Q:What’s your printing technology?

A:We have the high-tech printing technology, Heat Transfer Printing(also called Thermal Transfer Printing),Jet Printing, and Water printing. The printing technology will match the material and the quantity of order.

Q:Can you make vertical product?

A:Yes, we can. You can send us the sketched images, and we will make it.

Q:How many colors can I chose?

A:No limit of color here! You can choose as many photos or graphics as you need to be printed.

Q：How long will they last?

A:There is no definite answer, due to the usage condition and installations, products in suitable conditions and correct installations will last longer. Our products and accessories are in high quality and good durability. we have one year quality warranty for hardware.

Q:How do I get a quote?

A:If you are interested in our items and would like a quote, please write to cathy@guide-flags.com . After you send us detailed information, including size, quantity and design, we will give you a last quote.

Q:How do I place an order?

Q:Do you have larger discount to bulk order?

A:Of course we have , the more quantity, the lower price. Please contact us at cathy@guide-flags.com for more information.

Q:What are your payment terms?

A:We accept various payment terms, and your information is safe and secure.

Western Union

Payment by Western Union is very convenient and fast, we will receive your payment as soon as you send it, which can speed up the velocity of our capital turnover. So we can give you the best price, and will start the production as soon as you send the money.

Bank Transfer or T/T

We will receive the payment in about 3 to 5 days after you send it,we will start our production after we receive the money. If your time permits, you can choose this payment.

By Paypal or Credit Card.

We recommend this payment for new customers who do business with us the first time.But in this payment, the capital turnover is very slow and will cause too much costs, such as transaction and transfer cost,etc.Please understand that we will charge a commission(about4% to 6% of the total)according to your payment.

L/C or others

As to big order, we can accept other payment, you can contact our sales manager cathy@guide-flags.com to discuss it.

Q:How do you ship your goods?

A: By express of DHL, UPS, FEDEX, TNT, EMS and other international express service, or by air or sea , up to quantity and time.

After we finish the products, we will send them to the logistics company, and send you the tracking number as soon as possible, then you can tack the goods conveniently.

Q:How long can I receive the goods?

A:We will try to ship as soon as we finish our production,7-15days for little bulk order,15-60days for large bulk order, emergency order within 3 days.
